• IND/GLY was superior to previous LABA + ICS and to previous LABA or LAMA on trough FEV1 and TDI at Week 12
• Significantly more patients reached the minimal clinically important difference (MCID) of 100 mL for trough FEV1 and 1 unit for TDI in the IND/GLY groups versus the comparators
• IND/GLY presented significant improvement in health status (CCQ) and in the use of rescue medication versus the comparators
• The study met all its co-primary endpoints of trough FEV1 and TDI

The safety profile of both GLY and IND/GLY was similar to previous studies and did not differ from that of comparators
