摘要：ILD is comprised of 200 disease. The pathology features could be classified into 10-20 entities, while HRCT has limited only 5-6 patterns. Therefore, a logic and practical systemic approach to use HRCT for DDx of ILD is important. We proposed a 6-P approach physics, physiology, pattern, pathology, protocol, and progression. We will take example cases and correlated with the new guideline to illustrate the practice of HRCT in ILD. In addition, 2-3 methods of semi-quantitative method of ILD extent and stage will be emphasized.

A multi-discipline team to discuss the optimal algorithm to enroll the adequate volume of attendants.
