BRAF mutation is an actionable driver alteration in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with BRAF V600E (Class I) representing the primary targetable subgroup in clinical practice. To provide HCPs with the latest clinical insights, the speakers will present an overview of updated treatment guidelines, recent clinical trial outcomes (including next-generation BRAF/MEK targeting studies such as PHAROS and OCEAN II), and real-world evidence (RWE). While primary focus is placed on BRAF V600E, therapeutic plans and emerging considerations for Class II and III mutations will also be briefly addressed. Additionally, real-life case studies of patients with BRAF V600E mutations across different ethnicities will be shared to illustrate practical diagnostic workups and the management of treatment-related toxicities. The panel discussion will address regional considerations, including the feasibility of routine NGS testing for rare biomarkers and alternative treatment combinations in resource-limited settings. Together, the objective of this webinar is to enhance HCPs' understanding of BRAF V600E NSCLC and improve their ability to optimize patient outcomes in daily clinical practice.
