According to the statement of the patient herself, she suffered worsening dyspnea, which was associated with productive cough, sticky sputum, chest pain for cough, poor appetite, and general weakness. There was no headache, no vomiting, no sore throat, no abdominal pain , no dysuria, no arthralgia, nor tarry stool. She was sent to our ED for help. At ER, the CXR showed no active lung lesion.
